If allowed, you may submit your paid receipt for reimbursement to your insurance company.

We do not bill your insurance company on your behalf.
 

Impound

Impounds are cash only.

PLEASE CALL BEFORE COMING TO PICK UP YOUR VEHICLE SO YOU WILL KNOW WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING WITH YOU.

If your vehicle was towed by law enforcement, please call us to obtain any release information.
 

ITEMS NEEDED FOR RELEASE:

1. CASH PAYMENT – CASH ONLY, NO EXCEPTIONS! No credit cards. No Check. Call us for a total.

2. Picture ID (driver’s license, state ID, passport, military ID, work/school picture ID)

Impound is open during office hours.​​

​

You may request a release after business house for an additional fee. 

​

Personal Property In Vehicle:

We do not release any personal belongings from the vehicle until the bill has been paid.

Car Accidents

at the accident scene we will give you a business card with all of our information on it. 
Please contact your insurance company, let them know that your vehicle is in our yard and they will take care of everything from there including arrangements with your insurance adjustor. 

If you do not have full coverage, Please contact our office so we can make arrangements with you.
